Inspire 2026: McIntire Business Institute (June 22- July 2)

In two action-packed weeks, you’ll move from idea to execution—learning what it takes to think like an entrepreneur and build something real. You’ll learn business fundamentals that strengthen your problem-solving skills and creative thinking, while working with a team to launch your own startup. 

Each day, you’ll apply what you learn in marketing, strategy, finance, and accounting to your group project. Past teams have created everything from functioning websites, to innovative food products, to a prototype app that translates lip reading into text. By the end of the week, you’ll pitch your idea, showcase your progress, and walk away with hands-on experience that sets you apart. 

Whether you’re exploring business for the first time or already dreaming big, this program will give you the tools, confidence, and entrepreneurial mindset to take your ideas anywhere. 

This is an in-person course that meets daily Monday-Friday in Fairfax, 9 AM – 4 PM ET. Tuition covers materials, meals (lunch/snacks), and transportation to any off-site excursions. Please note the June 22-July 2 session will not meet on Friday, July 3 due to the holiday.

Refund Policy: Registrants are eligible for a refund until 60 days from the program start. Please note that a $150 administrative fee will be retained to cover the costs associated with application review and the admissions process.
